Places to Buy Cheap Tablet PCs

While the iPad is the new kid on the block, tablet pc's have been available for quite a few years now. Finding a cheap tablet pc shouldn't be difficult as they're both growing in popularity thanks in part to the iPad. However, there are a few things to consider when looking into purchasing a tabletpc.First you should set your budget. Is the $499 you would pay for an iPad considered cheap? (Maybe if you're comparing it to buying a Macbook) or are you looking for something under the $300 range? When shopping for a cheap tablet pc I suggest setting your budget around $300 so you have room to maneuver and can easily cover things like tax and shipping.Another thing to consider when shopping for a cheap tablet pc would be the os or operating system you would like to use. Because Android is an open source platform it is much cheaper to use. An Apple or Microsoft based operating system will cause the price to increase. That being said, if you have it in your budget to buy an iPad and that is the type of tablet pc that you would prefer then go with that. One of the last things to consider when shopping for a cheap tablet pc is where you are planning to order from. If you are buying your tablet pc from a site that is overseas shipping costs will be considerably higher and the shipping process will take longer. Remember to include shipping fees and tax when you are trying to budget your purchase. Finally, the last thing to consider when shopping for a cheap tablet pc is the apps that you may need to purchase for it. Having a tablet pc is an enjoyable experience because of the diverse number of applications that can be installed onto it very easily. There are a ton of places to look for suggested applications to download once you have your tablet pc. So, to recap you will want to consider the following: 1) What is your overall budget? What do you consider a cheap tablet pc? 2) What type of OS are you planning to run on your tablet pc?3) Are you going to purchase your computer and have it shipped to you? Remember shipping charges and taxes.? 4) Saving some money on the side for apps. If you keep all of this in mind while shopping for your cheap tablet pc you should be fine.
